We strive to ensure every customer receives the exact product they need.
Due to differences in computer monitors, exact colors are difficult to display. The best way to guarantee a color match before ordering is to request some of our FREE SAMPLES (link to main sample page). Simply fill out the form or contact our sales team on 888-269-6287– who can help you with any inquiries.
If a return is needed, please submit a request to support@factoryinteriors.com. We will then issue you with a Merchandise Return Authorization Code and provide you with the return address.
All return items must have an MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) code.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging and contain all hardware, components, instructions, etc. - everything that was originally included. We do not accept returns on installed, used, trimmed, glued or altered merchandise.
Reason for Return:
CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT – Factory Interiors will accept products back so long as the product is still in new, unaltered condition.
- Customer agrees to pay all return shipping cost.
- Customer agrees to a 20% restock fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund issued in the same form as original payment only after receipt of returned product and inspected.
- Essex & Vinyl materials are custom orders and can not be returned.
- Floor mats with logos are custom orders and can not be returned.
INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED – Factory Interiors will replace the product with the originally ordered item. To help expedite the return and replacement process, please provide product photo(s) to help insure received product is incorrect.
- Factory Interiors will issue a call tag to have incorrect product returned at Factory Interiors expense.
- Factory Interiors will manufacture the correct product and ship using same shipping method as original order at Factory Interiors expense.
- In the event the incorrect item is not returned within 30 days, Factory Interiors will bill the customer for the replacement product plus shipping charges.
CANCELED ORDERS – If an order is canceled after the material is cut, that order will still be subject to a 20% restocking fee, all shipping charges will be refunded
NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT EACH CARPET SET PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. CARPET SETS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER BEING CUT, TRIMMED, GLUED, OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER.
