You may notice products show lead times of 2–3 days, and some up to 30–45 days — and wonder what “in stock” actually means for a custom-made product. Here’s how it works:
When a product is listed as in stock, it means two things: the raw materials needed to produce it are on hand, and the product has not been discontinued. It does not mean a finished product is sitting on a shelf ready to ship. Nearly all of our products — including carpet kits, floor mats, headliners, and upholstery — are custom-made to order for your specific vehicle.
The lead time shown on each product is the estimated time from when you place your order to when it arrives at your door — including production and shipping. Lead times vary by product type and complexity.
