At Factory Interiors, we want every customer to receive the right product for their vehicle. Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we strongly recommend requesting free color sample swatches before purchasing to ensure an accurate match. Due to monitor variations, colors displayed online may not perfectly represent actual materials.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email support@factoryinteriors.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Returns sent without an RMA code will not be accepted.
All returned items must:
- Be in new, unused, and unaltered condition
- Include original packaging, hardware, and instructions
- Not be trimmed, cut, glued, installed, or modified in any way
Please inspect your order thoroughly before beginning any installation. Once a product has been modified or installed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Reasons & Conditions
1. Customer No Longer Wants the Item
We accept returns on eligible, unaltered items if you have changed your mind, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of receiving your order
- A 20% restocking fee applies to the product price
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and verified to be in new, unaltered condition
The following custom items are non-returnable:
- Custom color orders (9999 SKU)
- Essex or Vinyl material orders
- Logo floor mats
2. Incorrect Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Here is what to expect:
- Email support@factoryinteriors.com with photos of the item received so we can confirm the error
- We will issue a prepaid return label (call tag) to retrieve the incorrect item at our expense
- We will produce and ship the correct item using your original shipping method
- If the incorrect item is not returned within 30 days, the cost of the replacement item and shipping will be charged to your original payment method
3. Canceled Orders
Orders can be canceled before materials have been cut. Because production typically begins within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
- If materials have already been cut, a 20% restocking fee applies
- If the order has not yet shipped, original shipping charges will be refunded in full
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products cannot be returned if they have been cut, trimmed, glued, installed, or modified in any way. This applies to all carpet kits, floor mats, headliners, upholstery, door panels, and any other interior products we carry. Inspect your order carefully before installation.
Additional Policies
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
- Installation costs: Factory Interiors is not responsible for any labor or installation charges incurred, regardless of the reason for return.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new, unaltered condition.
